You agree to use SPEAKZY lawfully and respectfully. You may not:

• Attempt to disrupt or damage the platform.
• Reverse engineer or exploit the service.
• Upload harmful, illegal, or abusive content.
• Use automated systems to access the platform without permission.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.

SPEAKZY uses an array of technologies to generate conversations and language feedback. AI responses may occasionally be inaccurate. They are provided for educational purposes and should not be relied upon as professional advice.

If you purchase a subscription, you agree to the pricing displayed at the time of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

SPEAKZY, including its branding, software, content, and design, is owned by SPEAKZY and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of content you submit but grant SPEAKZY permission to process it solely for providing and improving the service.

We strive to keep SPEAKZY available at all times, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SPEAKZY is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or abuse the service. If an individual terminates their account the monthly charge is non-refundable, the recurring payments are cancelled immediately but the user still has Pro access for the remainder of that billing month.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of SPEAKZY after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
